Resilience Reinforcing EMDR is not just trauma informed, it's trauma responsive, and creates a deeper understanding of the neuroscience of EMDR so that trainees can share the brain science of EMDR with their clients!

The training provides you with a wide variety of approaches for preparing your clients for EMDR, and shows you how to build your clients' resilience in the process!

Resilience Reinforcing EMDR will teach you to facilitate real change in how your clients think, feel and behave.

It will totally change your practice and how you treat things like trauma, anxiety and depression.

You'll also appreciate the way Resilience Reinforcing EMDR shows you how to integrate EMDR with other modalities including parts work, and somatic approaches.

Practicum

As a part of your Basic EMDR Training you will be doing and receiving EMDR therapy, with the guidance and support of trainers and coaches. You will be expected to work on real material and you will have full discretion over what you chose to disclose and work on during the training.

Because the focus in the training is on practice of protocols and interventions, we recommend working on material that is more mild to moderate in nature and to avoid working on highly charged material.

Please note: Due to the type of material covered in the training and to the nature of EMDR processing, there is a possibility that this training may trigger for participants, known or unknown traumatic material. If you are interested in participating in a Basic EMDR Training, and have a trauma history, diagnoses,  symptoms, or anything else that causes you to be concerned about your ability to participate in the required practicum please contact [email protected] before completing your registration so we can work together to determine if this training is a good fit and how we can best support you.
